An innovative Rapid Response and Treatment service for care home residents is currently being piloted in Berkshire West.

The new innovative cardiology unit introduced at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust aims to improve services for people suffering from heart failure.

Only by talking openly - and honestly - with those closest to us, and those providing our care, can we help to ensure that our final wishes are met.
