During August and September we hosted three public meetings, together with online and in-person surveys for patients of Priory Avenue and Circuit Lane surgeries.

We asked patients what has worked well for them, what areas require improvement and the kind of services they would like to see from their GP surgery in future.

Over 900 responses were received and these responses have been analysed to produce a report for each surgery. The reports for both Circuit Lane and Priory Avenue are available below. These reports will help us to shape the new contracts for Priory Avenue and Circuit Lane surgeries.

Patients that responded told us:

  • Almost 50% of patients who responded described their experience of Circuit Lane surgery during the last 12 months as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’
  • 62.5% of those patients that responded say they would be willing to interact with Circuit Lane surgery online for repeat prescriptions, booking appointments and to access their medical records
  • 59% of those that responded said that the current surgery opening times met their needs

  • 45% of patient s who responded described their experience of Priory Avenue surgery during the last 12 months as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’
  • 67% of those that responded told us that they would be willing to interact with Priory Avenue surgery online for repeat prescriptions, booking appointments and access to their medical records.
  • 60% of patients who responded said the current surgery opening times met their needs.
